Anna Centenary Library in Kotturpuram, Chennai; the second largest library in Asia is really a wonderful library and a place to spend a lot of time. It is at par and sometimes exceeds the western standards and there is no doubt about that. It stands tall and pride with nice architecture and lovely collection of books.
My kids really enjoyed the children's section that amazingly has a wonderful collection of books. The children's section is so tastefully designed for kids with lots of space and computers. Tamil books section has a wide collection of religious and historical books.
Timings are 8AM to 8PM every day including Saturday and Sunday except public holidays.
